John Beezley

John has over twenty years experience in the Real Estate and Mortgage Industries and enjoys working with homeowners and investors to achieve their goals.  As the Managing Broker John uses his Oil and Gas Accounting and Finance and MBA background to analyze some of the complex options available to buyers and sellers and presents them in simple terms.  John has helped many family, friends, and referrals and looks forward to sharing his passion for real estate ownership with a growing network of homeowners and investors.       

Adam Adams

Adam was a professional composer until college, when he first got interested in real estate investing. Adam got his start in Real Estate in 2005, and in 2008 he bought his first multifamily apartment building. Adam has managed several fix & flips over the last couple of years, but has experienced the best results through apartment investing. Adam is passionate about networking at co-hosts some successful meetup groups in the Denver area. Along with branding and business development for BlueSpruce, Adam thinks outside the box to offer more solutions to buyers and sellers. Adam currently owns a portfolio of owner financed and private lender rentals.

Manny Perez

Manny is a full-time investor/broker, He has been investing in real estate since 2013 and understands a great investment deal when he sees one. Manny has been a licensed real estate agent in the state of Colorado since 2016. His experience as an investor/agent highlights the knowledge that Manny holds in the Denver area. BlueSpruce is very excited to have Manny as a partner/broker, which allows us to give all buyers and sellers the best possible service. For BlueSpruce Group, Manny primarily focuses on being a real estate broker by assisting all buyers/sellers or investors that are looking to buy/sell their properties.

Brenda Martinez

Brenda Martinez, The ‘Go Giver’ Real Estate Consultant, is a heart-driven lifetime real estate investor and proud Colorado native. She’s been professionally involved in the real estate industry for over 20 years; impressively, she’s never rented, always owned. Brenda’s business covers three different facets of real estate; she is a real estate broker, a real estate investor, and real estate investment educator. Martinez Real Estate Invest is involved with a real estate education program, where Brenda can provide investor-hopefuls with the tools to become successful real estate investors themselves.

Errol Roy

Laurie Randolph

Real Estate Broker, Accountant

Laurie Randolph is from Clearwater, Florida where she worked in the accounting department for a non-profit organization that counseled and advised foster children. She moved to the Denver Metro area in 2017 and received her real estate license.
Real estate is a passion for Laurie. After entering the industry, she immediately began working with investors to identify opportunities. Whether it’s finding new build sites, identifying profitable fix ‘n flips or analyzing buy & hold properties, she has quickly become a trusted resource for investors in the Denver Metro area. With a background in accounting, Laurie is a natural fit for investors. She enjoys analyzing large data sets and working efficiently to find the best deals for her clients.
Laurie is the co-host of the Real Estate Lunch Club in Denver, Colorado. Which is recognized by Meetup as one of the largest attended Meetup groups in Colorado.
She is also the host of Listings and Lattes with Laurie, where weekly she visits a different neighborhood and highlights a real estate listing and a locally owned coffee shop in the area.
In addition to working with real estate pros, Laurie loves working with first-time homebuyers. Guiding new buyers through the home buying process, educating them on what’s working in today’s market and protecting their interests are at the heart of her service approach.
